• Our Technical Sales team will provide advice and consultation by phone, email, or video call to identify your exact requirements.
• Customers can provide technical drawings, measurements, videos, photography, or samples to help us identify their requirements. Customers can send a brief, outlining their general requirements, and our Technical Design team will provide a suite of options.  Our Technical Sales team will visit your facility to conduct an on-site audit if required.
• Customers will be sent a sales quote and an accompanying technical description or drawing.
• Custom projects will be ordered and delivered to our warehouse for onward distribution once our UK team has completed the necessary quality inspections.
•  Components are assembled, prepared, and tested, ready for easy installation when delivered to the site.
